Remote Control - If you are instucted by one of our engineers, click on the link below. This system does not automatically connect us with your PC. You must call us at 262.662.0811 to setup a Remote Control Session.
Follow these steps to start a Remote Control Session
1 - Click on the link above and choose run. If prompted to "allow this", choose allow.
2 - The Kontney Computer Group engineer will ask for your ID. You will find this next to "Your ID", provide the engineer with this number.
3 - Click on the Start button.
4 - Choose "Accept" when the remote control option comes up.
The Kontney Computer Group engineer will be conencted!
