Position Overview

We’re looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Computer Engineer to join our tech support team. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with direct customer interaction, both remotely and in the field. If you enjoy solving problems, optimizing devices, and making technology work for people—not the other way around—this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Optimization
    • Reload operating systems and perform computer tune-ups
    • Diagnose and resolve performance issues on desktops and laptops
  • Device & Network Setup
    • Install and configure printers, routers, smartphones, and tablets
    • Ensure secure and reliable connectivity across devices
  • Data Services
    • Migrate user data between systems and devices
    • Back up and restore files with attention to privacy and integrity
  • Remote & On-Site Support
    • Provide remote troubleshooting and technical assistance
    • Conduct field visits to customer locations for hands-on support
  • Customer Service & Education
    • Assist clients with everyday tech issues in a clear, friendly manner
    • Educate users on best practices and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

  • Degree or certification in Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
  • Experience in technical support, field service, or IT helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
  • Familiarity with networking, peripheral setup, and data migration tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license for field work (if applicable)
